public transport comfortable bed
The location near public transport made getting around easy. The room had tea making facilities, a bonus for me, and a comfortable bed ensured I slept well.

the hotel has a GREAT location near the dlr station. housekeeping service was excellent and the room was clean. aman provided Great customer care.

The hotel provided a modern feel close to many shops. Greenwich Park was also nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location allowed easy access to various places.

The location is excellent for exploring Greenwich. It is also convenient for accessing central areas. Staff were friendly and helpful . I found the restaurant offered great service.
The bathroom had poor lighting. This made it difficult to see well in the mornings. The breakfast had limited options.

a good stay overall
convenient location modern feel attentive staff worn pillows deflated pillows limited coffee
the location was very convenient it was close to transport hubs. the hotel had a modern feel. all staff were friendly i appreciated that.
i found that the pillows felt old and worn they were very deflated. their colour was off too which i didn't like. there wasn't much coffee in the room either.

early check-in fee inadequate climate control
the early check-in policy disappointed me. i arrived a bit before the official time and the staff offered check-in immediately. however, it came with a £30 fee. i declined to pay this and waited. the lack of flexibility felt unnecessary (especially since the room was ready). i also found the room's climate control inadequate. the wall-mounted heater lacked a simple fan function for air circulation. i had to open the window to get some air. this was not ideal.
