The location is excellent for exploring Greenwich. It is also convenient for accessing central areas. Staff were friendly and helpful . I found the restaurant offered great service.
The bathroom had poor lighting. This made it difficult to see well in the mornings. The breakfast had limited options.

the location was very convenient it was close to transport hubs. the hotel had a modern feel. all staff were great i appreciated that.
i found that the pillows felt old and worn they were very deflated. their colour was off too which i didn't like. there wasn't much coffee in the room either.

early check-in feeinadequate climate control
the early check-in policy disappointed me. i arrived a bit before the official time and the staff offered check-in immediately. however, it came with a £30 fee. i declined to pay this and waited. the lack of flexibility felt unnecessary (especially since the room was ready). i also found the room's climate control inadequate. the wall-mounted heater lacked a simple fan function for air circulation. i had to open the window to get some air. this was not ideal.

the location is excellent for exploring. lots of restaurants are nearby and the station is close too. i had a sound night's sleep in a quiet comfortable room.
the mirror lighting in the bathroom was the only source of light
